- Mr. Soma. Y. Sawant. - Distributorship Principal
- 1992 – Established Industrial Marketing Associates – Pumps Distributor to Industrial A/c’s. Authorized Distributor for ANTICO Group & Hacop - Metallic and Non-Metallic pumps.
- 1997 – Expanded business arms with branch office at Mahad in Raigad district.
- 2004 – Established Bharat Enterprise, association with Shell India Market Pvt Ltd - Authorized Industrial Lube Distributor for Roha , Mahad , Chiplun area.
- 2007 – onwards Shell expanded area to cater Khopoli, Bhiwandi , Wada and Thane based on our performance in Coastal Maharashtra. Further expanded with Grundfos & Georg Fischer.
- 2018 - we started distribution of ExxonMobil Lubricants industrial segment.
- 2018 – Received Upgradation as Grundfos Industry Partner. (Level- 2)
- 2018 – Got Recognition as Best Distributor Award in Western Region for “Value Added Services.”
- 2019 – we started distribution of GEA flow components.
- 2020 – We Started office in Goa
- 2021 – We started Distribution of Thermax Products
